في 16 آذار قبل 17 عاماً، قتلت الشابة راشيل كوري، تحت عجلات جرافة اسرائيلية في غزة، عندما كانت تحاول حماية بيت فلسطيني وسكانه من الهدم، تماما كما يفعل هذا الطير الشجاع لحماية عشه وبيضه. لحسن حظ هذا الطير ان السائق مختلف عن ذلك الذي قتل راشيل.

Let’s call her …. “Rachel”!

In 16 March, 17 years ago, was “Rachel Corrie” killed while trying to protect Palestinians and their house in Gaza from an Israeli bulldozer, just like what this brave bird is doing to protect its home and eggs. Luckily for the bird, the driver here was not like the one who killed Rachel.

Help us give this bird the name: “Rachel”, for the memory of a brave human!
